How we treat information.

This notice describes how Portanova Holdings LLC ("we") treats information on the company site at portanovaholdings.com and how we handle correspondence sent to us.

What this covers

This notice covers the portanovaholdings.com site and inquiries sent to the addresses on it. It does not cover the products or sites of the companies we hold. Portanova Technology's platforms — including Repairo, Cardine, and RankToken — publish their own privacy notices and terms, and those govern their use.

This site has no accounts, no sign-up, no forms, and takes no payment.

What we try not to do

Our policy for this site is not to retain visitor information and not to build marketing profiles. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers.

What a static site can still produce

The site is a static page. Opening it may generate ordinary hosting and delivery records that we do not use for marketing:

• Our hosting provider (currently Vercel) may keep request logs — IP address, user agent, requested path, referrer, and time — to operate and secure the site.
• Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which may receive the technical data needed to serve the files, such as IP address and user agent, under Google's own practices.

We set no first-party cookies on this site.

Correspondence

If you write to contact@portanovaholdings.com, we receive the address and content you send so that we can reply. We keep inquiry mail only as long as needed to handle the matter and for ordinary business records. We do not add correspondents to any mailing list.

Your requests

To ask what we hold about you from an inquiry, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email contact@portanovaholdings.com. We respond as required under applicable Wyoming and United States law. Logs retained by our hosting provider, if any, are subject to that provider's retention.

Changes

We may update this notice. The effective date above is the date this version took effect.
